Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book different cars for different functions instead of one car for the whole wedding?

Yes. Mehndi, Baraat, and Walima can each be booked separately with different vehicles.

Is decoration included, or booked separately?

Decoration isn't included by default, you'll need to ask for it and pay extra if you want it. You can choose any design you like for the decoration. If you'd rather do the decoration yourself, that's completely fine too, just let us know.

What happens if the Baraat is delayed, is there a waiting charge?

You book the car for a full 12 hours, so you don't need to worry about normal delays on the day. This almost never becomes an issue. But if the Baraat gets delayed to the next day, just call us and we'll work it out together.

Can the same car serve both the Islamabad and Rawalpindi side of the wedding?

Yes, we coordinate pickup and drop-off across both cities for multi-venue weddings.

How many hours does the vehicle stay with us on the day, is it a fixed time limit?

Every wedding car booking comes with a full 12 hours, so you'll have plenty of time to cover the whole event without watching the clock.

Do you coordinate decoration with our florist, or only provide your own standard decoration?

Yes, absolutely, it's completely up to you. If you have your own florist or a specific design in mind, we're happy to coordinate with them. It's entirely based on what you want.

Is there a backup car available if the booked vehicle has an issue on the wedding day?

Yes, if anything goes wrong with your booked car, we'll send a backup vehicle right away so your day isn't affected.

Can we book several cars together for the Baraat instead of just one car?

Yes, you can book several cars together, just let us know how many you need and we'll arrange it.
