Monthly Car Rental in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Monthly car rental is different from simply paying a daily rate for 30 days. It works better for people who need a car for a longer period without having to arrange a new booking every few days. This is useful for relocating families, businesses needing corporate car rental, and companies working on projects in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We can arrange cars for personal use, office work, family travel, or business needs, with options to suit different requirements. Just send us your request, tell us the type of car you need and how long you need it, and we will check availability and arrange the car for you.

What’s Included in a Monthly Rental?

1. Vehicle & Driver

Your monthly package includes a chauffeur-driven vehicle for the agreed rental period.
BNB Motors provides the same dedicated driver throughout the month.
If the customer wants to change the driver, BNB Motors can arrange a different driver.

2. Maintenance & Breakdown Support

Routine maintenance is handled by BNB Motors during the rental period.
If the vehicle requires servicing or breaks down, BNB Motors will provide a replacement vehicle.

3. Mileage

Monthly packages come with unlimited mileage, no cap on how far you drive.

4. Fuel

Fuel is paid separately by the customer.
Fuel is not included in the monthly rate.

5. Driver’s Day Off

The regular driver can be available 7 days a week if required.
If the customer wants a replacement driver, BNB Motors can provide one.

6. Changes During the Month

Plans can change.
If you need a different vehicle during your rental, for example, moving from a sedan to an SUV, contact us and we’ll check availability and the cost of the change.
Vehicle changes depend on availability.
Any difference in cost will apply depending on the vehicle selected.

7. Who This Option Is For

This option suits people who’ve already decided they need a car for weeks, not people still comparing day rates.

It’s also a common choice for:

Overseas Pakistanis
Diplomatic staff on posting
Business travelers
People staying in Pakistan for several weeks or months
Customers who need a dependable car without buying one for a short stay

No, you don't lose any days. If your vehicle needs servicing during the month, we arrange a replacement so your rental continues without a gap.

Can I extend a monthly rental partway through, or shorten it?

We replace it right away, so you're not left without a car. It's handled the same time it happens, you don't need to worry about it.

For Pakistani nationals, a CNIC is enough. For foreign nationals, we'll need a copy of your passport along with your visa.

Can overseas Pakistanis or foreign nationals book a monthly rental?

Yes, both are welcome to book. Just get in touch with us and we'll guide you through anything you need for your situation.
